An 8 × 4 metre extension to the back of a home, adding a bedroom, a bathroom, a small hallway and a new living area.
This 8 × 4 m extension adds a bedroom, a bathroom, a small hallway and a living area to the back of the house. Three roof lights will bring daylight into the new rooms, and the extension is being built to an A2 BER rating.
The build is planned to take around three weeks. The photos so far follow the job from the garden before work started, through the groundwork and the slab, to the frame and cladding going up.
