Privacy note
How TF Building Contractors uses the details you send us.
Who we are
TF Building Contractors, Clonmore, Rhode, Co. Offaly (“we”). Contact: dfoyconstruction@gmail.com or 086 2848651.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form we receive what you enter: the type of job, your county and town or Eircode, when you would like to start, your description of the job, your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and how you would like us to contact you. If you use the website assistant (“Ask Agent”), we keep the conversation so we can follow up and improve our answers.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate and, if you go ahead, carry out and manage the job. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who sees it
Our own team. Our website and enquiry system are hosted on a secure server in the EU. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, WhatsApp’s and your phone provider’s own terms apply to that conversation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 24 months. Details of jobs we carry out are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing dfoyconstruction@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
